Grammar:
ذِرَاع (dhirā‘) is a feminine noun meaning "arm." With a possessive suffix it becomes ذراعَهُ (dhirā‘ahu = his arm, here as the object of the verb). The particle لِـ (li-) before the verb expresses purpose ("in order to").
