Into the Desert

Polly and Amir go. They go to desert. The sun is hot. They ride a camel. The camel walks slow. The sand is yellow. Polly sees old stones. The stones are big. Amir talks to Polly. "My family is from here," he says. "We know the desert." Polly listens to Amir. She likes the stories. They see more stones. Amir stops the camel. "The tomb is here," he says. Polly feels happy. She feels a little scared. They look for the tomb. The sun goes down. The sky is orange. Polly and Amir search. They want to find it. They need to hurry. Night comes soon. Polly and Amir are excited. They hope to find something.
