KRASH! The rock smacked the sidewalk. The plastic bag SHWOOPED straight up into the air like a wild, wiggly jellyfish.

“YAAAH!” Percy flapped backwards. “The rock went SUPER FAST… and the bag went SUPER WRONG!”

The bag floated back up past the rooftop, flapping and flopping. It bonked Percy on the head again. “OW! Rude jellyfish bag!” he squawked.

Percy squinted down at the rock. Then at the bag. Then at his own feet.

“Hmmmm,” he muttered. “Rock: too heavy. Bag: too flappy. Design: too… splatty.”

He puffed out his chest. “Professor Percy will now build… PARACHUTE PROTOTYPE NUMBER TWO!”
