Stars and Stories

At the edge of Cairo, Polly and Amir rested. They were tired but happy after their adventure. The stars shone brightly above them. The city lights twinkled far away. They had just left the quiet desert. Amir held a golden scepter. It was a special thing they found. "I never thought I'd find this near my home," Amir said. Polly smiled. She felt happy about their friendship and adventure. "The world is full of history and secrets," she said. "We can find them if we look." They sat quietly for a while. They thought about the day. They said goodbye and promised more adventures. Polly flew into the night sky. She felt light and happy. As she flew over Cairo, she thought about the city's stories.
