Absorbe mucho caldo y mucho sabor. También ve botellas de aceite de oliva dorado. El aceite de oliva es muy importante en la cocina de España, susurra. Callie se acerca un poco más, con sus anillos verdes llenos de emoción.
Callie enters the kitchen and sees a huge shiny paella pan over the fire. It looks like a round metal sun. The paella pan is very wide and very shallow. It is not a deep pot. It is special for making paella.
The kitchen smells of the sea and of herbs. Callie looks at everything with her curious little eyes. She sees a bowl with white rice, short and round. This special rice is called paella rice, Callie thinks. It absorbs a lot of broth and a lot of flavor. She also sees bottles of golden olive oil. Olive oil is very important in Spanish cooking, she whispers. Callie moves a little closer, her green rings full of excitement.
